Job Title: Sales Representative – Automotive & Marine Division
Struthmann Enterprises Ltd. is seeking an energetic, driven, and hands-on Sales Representative to grow and support our Automotive & Marine sector.
For over 40 years, Struthmann Enterprises Ltd. has proudly supplied professional-grade chemicals, accessories, equipment, and solutions across multiple industries throughout Ontario.
We are looking for someone ready to build relationships, generate new business, and help customers succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and grow sales within an established Automotive & Marine market
• Visit clients and prospects throughout the territory
• Demonstrate the proper use of detailing chemicals, tools, machines, and equipment
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs and challenges
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
• Seek out and secure new business opportunities
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
• Work closely with management on sales goals and territory growth
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and customer activity
Qualifications:
• Previous automotive detailing experience is an asset but not required
• Previous sales experience is a strong asset
• Strong knowledge of detailing chemicals, pads, towels, machines, and processes
• Comfortable demonstrating products in person to customers
• Self-motivated with strong communication and closing skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must live within 30 minutes of Barrie, Ontario
• Ability to lift products/equipment and work in active environments when needed
