We are changing how we build.

Doors are now installed in the factory, not onsite. It took some engineering to get the thresholds right and keep each door protected throughout the entire construction period, but the payoff is simple: once the walls go up, the home is locked.

No unwelcome visitors.

Zero Demerits. Zero Compromises.

We just had our quarterly inspection from the Western Wood Truss Association of BC, and here's what the auditor actually wrote on the official report:

"C-Clamps 2160 NBR. No Wane."
"Common trusses banded with corner board."
"Trusses wrapped for weather."
"Joints tight."
"Plate orientation explained."
"A very impressive quality."

Total demerits: 0. WWTABC Truss Stamp: Pass. In-house inspection: Pass.

Every inspection category came back clean. Plating, joint quality, lumber, assembly, storage, handling, shop conditions. The auditor called out our trusses being properly tarped and wrapped for weather, our banded bundles having corner board protection, and every joint being tight with zero gaps.

This is what we build every single day at our factory. Our team takes pride in getting it right and it shows!
