📢 Annual August Closure Notice

To help keep our team healthy, supported, and able to provide consistent care throughout the summer, the Bancroft Community Family Health Team will be closed August 3–7, 2026, reopening Monday, August 10 at 9:00 AM.

⚠️INDIVIDUAL DOCTORS OFFICES MAY VARY ⚠️

Over the years, the first week of August has become both one of our busiest vacation periods for staff and practitioners and one of our quietest weeks for patient visits. This planned annual shutdown allows our team the opportunity to spend valuable time with their families, recharge, and return refreshed and ready to continue providing quality care to our community.

Many of our staff have family who live several hours away, making this dedicated time especially meaningful. By scheduling this closure each year, we can better support staff well-being while maintaining reliable healthcare coverage throughout the remainder of the summer.

Please plan ahead for any prescription renewals and for anything you may need to pick up from the clinic before August 3, including diabetes supplies, smoking cessation (quit smoking) supplies, medical letters, paperwork, orthotics, or any other clinic resources you may require during the closure.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and patience. We look forward to serving you when we reopen on August 10.
