Steelway Building Systems is a Canadian owned company specializing in the design and manufacturing of steel buildings systems. Since 1976, Steelway has supplied steel buildings for a wide variety of applications including industrial, commercial, recreational, institutional and farm related structures. Steelway buildings are completely customized to meet your needs. Standard building sizes are a thing of the past. Today's computer assisted design allows every design to start as a ‘blank sheet of paper’ without being restricted to a manufacture range of building sizes. Steelway utilizes advanced estimating, engineering, and detailing software. This software performs the calculations, generates the drawings and specifications, and coordinates other elements of your job.

Growing something great near the shores of Lake Erie in Merlin, Ontario. 🌱

Steelway supplied the custom steel building system for De Temporada Farms’ new produce packaging and shipping facility, built by Nello Construction Inc.

Measuring 393′ x 393′, this large-scale project features an RTL-24 standing seam roof finished in Galvalume and bay spans exceeding 130′, providing the space needed to support large-scale agricultural operations.

A division of Pure Flavor Farms LP, De Temporada Farms operates a 25-acre greenhouse dedicated to growing red, yellow and orange sweet bell peppers. Located in an area known for its unique microclimate, the greenhouse benefits from local growing conditions that support pepper production. The new warehouse will help move that produce from greenhouse to market.

Steelway is proud to support the infrastructure behind modern agricultural production, helping bring locally grown produce from the greenhouse to market.

On September 10, we proudly opened our doors to celebrate 50 years of Steelway Building Systems with an Anniversary Open House.

It was an incredible day filled with connection, celebration and reflection. Guests had the opportunity to tour our facility, get a glimpse into our operations, hear stories from our past and experience the people and partnerships that have helped shape Steelway over the past five decades.

Reaching 50 years is a significant milestone, but it is also a reflection of the relationships that have helped build our success. To our employees, customers, vendors, partners and the communities we are proud to be part of, thank you for being part of the Steelway story.

Your support, dedication and partnership have helped bring us to this milestone, and we are grateful to have shared this special day with so many of you.
