row their companies. The Com­pany cur­rently owns sub­sidiaries in three niche busi­ness seg­ments, avi­a­tion, man­u­fac­tur­ing and infra­struc­ture. The oper­at­ing sub­sidiaries oper­ate autonomously and main­tain their indi­vid­ual busi­ness iden­ti­ties. Man­age­ment of the Com­pany con­tin­u­ously mon­i­tors the oper­at­ing sub­sidiaries and will under­take future acqui­si­tions and divesti­tures as deemed ben­e­fi­cial to the Com­pany. Overlanders has evolved from early operations involving fabrication, supply and installation of light duty truck parts to providing leading edge fabrication of precision sheet metal. is equipped to fill any custom sheet metal requirement from cabinet manufacturing, to small precision parts, to tubular products. We can process parts from the most basic design to the most complex, including assembly of multiple components to surface finishing and silk screening. We provide more than just parts, we also provide a service to our customers to ensure they are receiving full cooperation, information and dedication they deserve. After nearly three decades of dedication, we’re celebrating the retirement of Matt Yarema from Overlanders Manufacturing!

Since joining the team in April 1997, Matt has been a steady and hardworking presence across the shop floor. Over the years, he took on a variety of roles including labourer, machine operator, and supervisor, building a deep understanding of the work and the people around him.

Matt also played an important role in helping get our powder coating facility up and running, contributing to a key part of our operations that continues to drive quality and efficiency today.

His commitment, versatility, and pride in the work have left a lasting impact on our team and our culture.

On behalf of OMI, we wish you all the best in this next chapter, Matt. You’ve earned it!

🎳 Striking up some fun at Overlanders Manufacturing!

Our Social Committee knocked it out of the park with a team bowling night that brought everyone together for some well-earned fun outside the shop floor. From friendly competition to plenty of laughs (and a few surprise strikes), it was a great way to connect, unwind, and celebrate the people who make Overlanders what it is.

Big thanks to our Social Committee for organizing another awesome event. 👏
