B & K hardware building material in Tutume is seeking an enthusiastic, professional and highly organized individual to manage our front desk and provide essential administrative and provide essential admin support. If you are a resourceful ad personable multitasker who thrives in a fast paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
*Greet and welcome visitors, provide warm friendly and professional welcoming to all visitors upon arrival.
* Manage communication, efficiently answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate department.
*Maintain the front desk area- Ensure the reception area and common areas are clean tidy and presentable at all times.
* Provide Admin support- Assist across the organization with general clerical tasks such as filling and monitoring office supplies.
Skill & Qualifications
Experience- Proven experience as a receptionist front desk representative in similar customer service role is preferred.
Communication Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
*Technical proficiency- Competency in Microsoft (word, excel ,outlook) and experience with office equipment.

*Plan and coordinate the receipt,storage and dispatch of goods,materials and products, optimising warehouse layout workflow to maximize space utilization and productivity.

* Proven experience in warehouse management, distribution or logistics operations, with a track record of managing medium to large-seal warehouse or distribution center.

*Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles.

*famaliarity with safety regulations, security protocols and workplace health standards governmenting warehouse.

*Leadership and team management skills,with the ability to lead, motivate and develop warehouse staff fostering teamwork, accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.

*Analytical and problem solving abilities.

*Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast paced,dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities adapting to changing business and market conditions.
