In order to enhance customer safety, improve service efficiency, and maintain Toyota service standards, STCBL Toyota Service Centre would like to inform all customers that direct entry into the service workshop area will not be permitted during vehicle servicing and maintenance activities.
This procedure has been implemented:
1. For the safety and security of our customers,
2. To maintain a safe working environment within the workshop,
3. To minimize technician distractions and improve service quality, and
4. In line with Toyota standard operating procedures and best practices.
Accordingly, customers are kindly requested not to enter the Service Centre workshop floor or directly interact with technicians during servicing. All communication regarding vehicle repairs, service updates, approvals, and technical matters will be coordinated through our Service Advisors, who will act as the single point of contact.
For the comfort and convenience of our valued customers, STCBL has provided a dedicated Customer Lounge where tea and refreshments will be offered while your vehicle is being serviced.
We sincerely request your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe, professional, and efficient service environment.
