🔧 The 8th KCMSA Service Technical Contest 2026 🔧 was held in Bangkok, Thailand 🇹🇭 , on 5–6 August 2026, bringing together dealer service personnel to showcase and strengthen their technical expertise.

This annual contest provides a platform to evaluate technical capabilities, exchange knowledge, promote continuous improvement, and foster teamwork and professionalism in delivering service excellence to Kobelco customers.

This year’s contest featured a combination of written and practical assessments covering:

🎉 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Training Successfully Completed!

A three-day in-house CRM Training was conducted at our Head Office, Namseling, Thimphu, from 9–11 July 2026.

The training brought together employees from various departments and branch office to strengthen their skills in customer-centric service, effective communication, complaint handling, and relationship management through interactive discussions and practical sessions.

Our technical team successfully completed the Troubleshooting by Error Code Training held in Bangkok, Thailand, from 22–26 May 2026.

The program combined classroom learning, machine simulations, and hands-on practical sessions, enhancing our team's expertise in machine diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. This training enables us to deliver faster, more reliable technical support, minimize machine downtime, and provide greater value to our customers.

As part of DTE’s continued efforts to strengthen after-sales service, a technical training program was successfully conducted at our Phuentsholing Branch Office from 12–14 May 2026 with the trainer Mr. Pitukkan from Kobelco, following the launch of the Kobelco SK145XDLC Excavator in Bhutan.

The training focused on enhancing our technicians’ expertise in new-generation Kobelco excavators, including engine performance, hydraulic systems, fuel-saving technology, troubleshooting, and maintenance support to ensure improved service capability and customer support.
