INVITATION FOR QUOTATION

Transportation of Cement
Interested Bhutanese truck/dumper owners are invited to submit quotations for the transportation of cement on the following routes:

1. Gomtu Factory to Nganglam town.
2. Nganglam town to Dorjilung Hydro Power Project site.

Requirements:
Interested parties are requested to submit the following details:

Particulars Details to be Provided
Rate Quote rate per MT for each route
Vehicle Type Truck / Dumper
Capacity Loading capacity (in MT) of the vehicle
Number of Vehicles Total vehicles available for deployment
Validity Validity period of the quoted rate
Contact Details Name, CID/License No., Phone Number

Submission:
Interested parties may submit their quotations along with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Nu. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Only) to Lhaki Cement, Gomtu on or before 10 August 2026 at 11:00 AM.

The quotations will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.

Interested Bhutanese truck/dumper owners are invited to submit quotations for the transportation of cement on the following routes:
1. Gomtu Factory to Samdrup Jongkhar
2. Samdrup Jongkhar to Dorjilung Hydro Power Project

Requirements:
Interested parties are requested to submit the following details:

Particulars Details to be Provided
Rate - Quote rate per MT for each route
Vehicle Type- Truck / Dumper
Capacity- Loading capacity (in MT) of the vehicle
Number of Vehicles - Total vehicles available for deployment
Validity- Validity period of the quoted rate
