A prestigious IT/TELECOM COMPANY is looking for competent, self-motivated, and dynamic candidate to fill the following position based in BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
1. RF ENGINEER RF
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Strong competence in network performance monitoring, identification of capacity related problems
- Handling Customer Complaints related to technical/performance issue escalated from Customer Care & inform Customer Care upon resolving
- Customer Complaints ticket reporting
- Capacity reporting
- Technical KPI reporting, statistics
- Level 1 performance monitoring, analysis and recommendation
2. NETWORK SURVEILLANCE ENGINEER
- Minimum 3 years experience
- 24x7 alarm monitoring and 1st level troubleshooting for the Core and RAN network
- Manage Trouble Ticketing upon alarm detection / Work Order System for Field Operation support and keep record of all activities
- Ensure genuine alarm detection by confirming if alarm detected is due to change request (CR) or planned maintenance activities
- Escalate the fault to 2nd Level Engineer if the fault failed to be restored within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement) time
- Perform remote routine maintenance on a scheduled basis.
- Reporting (i.e. Fault report, shift report, management report etc.)
- Able to conduct knowledge transfer to junior engineer
3. REPORTING ENGINEER
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Collect daily/weekly/monthly trouble ticket and performance data
- Basic analysis of collected data
- Timely development of daily/weekly/monthly and ad-hoc reports
- Timely development of presentation slides
- Report presentation (if necessary)
- Develop strategies such as writing excel macros to automate the report
4. BACK OFFICE ENGINEER Back (RNC/RAN)
- Minimum 3 years experience in Huawei RAN equipment)
- Provide 2nd level maintenance and restoration for the Radio Access Network (RAN)
- Provide on job training to employer
- Perform detail alarm analysis on the Radio Access Network (RAN)
- Investigate and summarize critical technical fault for the Billing network.
- Provide incident report on the technical fault for the Radio Access Network (RAN).
- Investigate customer complaint and resolution.
- Prepare restoration plan for incident of disaster
- Escalate problem to Huawei 3rd line support and cooperate to resolve problem.
5. BACK OFFICE ENGINEER (IP Datacom)
- Minimum 3 years experience in Huawei datacom equipment
- Provide 2nd level maintenance and restoration for the IP/Datacom network
- Provide on job training to employer
- Perform detail alarm analysis on the datacom equipment
- Investigate and summarize critical technical fault for the IP/Datacom network.
- Provide incident report on the technical fault for the IP/Datacom.
- Investigate customer complaint and resolution.
- Prepare restoration plan for incident of disaster
- Escalate problem to Huawei 3rd line support and cooperate to resolve problem.
6. BACK OFFICE ENGINEER (PS Core SGSN/GGSN/PCRF)
- Minimum 3 years experience in Huawei PS Core equipment
- Provide 2nd level maintenance and restoration for the PS Core network
- Provide on job training to employer
- Perform detail alarm analysis on the datacom equipment
- Investigate and summarize critical technical fault for the PS Core network.
- Provide incident report on the technical fault for the PS Core
- Investigate customer complaint and resolution.
- Prepare restoration plan for incident of disaster
- Escalate problem to Huawei 3rd line support and cooperate to resolve problem.
7. BACK OFFICE ENGINEER (Billing)
- Minimum 3 years experience in Huawei Billing equipment
- Provide 2nd level maintenance and restoration for the Billing network
- Provide on job training to employer
- Perform detail alarm analysis on the Billing equipment
- Investigate and summarize critical technical fault for the Billing network.
- Provide incident report on the technical fault for the Billing equipment
- Investigate customer complaint and resolution.
- Prepare restoration plan for incident of disaster
- Escalate problem to Huawei 3rd line support and cooperate to resolve problem.
8. BACK OFFICE ENGINEER (RF and Opti)
- Minimum 4 years experience
- Strong competence in network performance monitoring, identification of capacity related problems
- Provide on job training to employer
- Provide 2nd level support in term of Handling Customer Complaints related to technical/performance issue escalated from Customer Care & inform Customer Care upon resolving
- Capacity reporting
- Technical KPI reporting, statistics and analysis of performance bottleneck
- Level 2 performance monitoring, analysis and recommendation
