أرضية إيبوكسي جديدة تطلع فيها فقاعات صغيرة بعد ما تجف. المنظر يفسد، والسبب ليس في الإيبوكسي بل في ما تحته.

الخرسانة المسامية تحبس هواءً في مسامّها، وعند دهان الإيبوكسي فوقها مباشرة يصعد هذا الهواء أثناء التصلّب ويترك فقاعات في الطبقة النهائية.

برايمر «بوليرون إيبوبرايم» برايمر إيبوكسي نافذ من مكوّنين، خالٍ من المذيبات، يُدهن أولاً فيحبس الهواء داخل المسام ويمنع خروج الغازات، فتخرج الأرضية بتشطيب خالٍ من العيوب، ويقوى التصاق طبقة الإيبوكسي بها.

يمكن مزجه بمواد مالئة لإصلاح الرقع، ويمكن نثر الكوارتز أو السيليكا عليه وهو رطب لأرضية مقاومة للانزلاق.

يُدهن على الخرسانة والأسطح المعدنية كطبقة أولى، قبل تركيب نظام أرضية الإيبوكسي.

A new epoxy floor dries covered in tiny bubbles. It ruins the look, and the epoxy isn't the problem. What's underneath it is.

Porous concrete holds air in its pores. Coat epoxy straight over it and that air rises as the epoxy cures, a process called outgassing, leaving bubbles in the finished surface.

POLYRRON EPOPRIME is a penetrating epoxy primer, solvent free and supplied in two parts. Applied first, it locks the air inside the pores so outgassing never starts. You get a flawless finish and a stronger bond between the epoxy topping and the floor.

It can be mixed with fillers to repair patches, and quartz or silica can be broadcast over it while still wet for extra slip resistance.

Apply it to concrete and metal surfaces as the first coat, before the epoxy floor system goes down.
