Muharraq Engineering Services (MES), a Bahraini family-owned business, has become the first in the region to manufacture a 500 ton pipe/shaft straightening press.
The machine is fully manufactured by MES except for the pump and motor.
Designed to straighten or bend hard rods and heavy oil drilling tubes, the machine can carry out other levelling and bending tasks.
Manufactured at the MES facility in the Mina Salman industrial area, the machine has been exported to Smith International Middle East – Saudi Arabia, Smith International Middle East – Kuwait, Energy Alois, the UAE, and a company in Singapore.

دشنت خدمات المحرق الهندسية آلة لتقويم وثني القضبان الصلبة وأنابيب حفر، والآلة مصنوعة 100% من شركة خدمات المحرق الهندسية عدا المضخة والمحرك. تم تصميم الآلة لتقويم أو ثني القضبان الصلبة وأنابيب حفر الزيت الثقيل، وغيرها من المهام التي تحتاج الى التسوية والانحناء.
يتم تصنيع الجهاز في منشاة خدمات المحرق الهندسية، وقد تم تصدير نفس الآلة للشركات الآتية: سميث إنترناشيونال ميدل إيست - المملكة العربية السعودية، سميث إنترناشيونال ميدل إيست - الكويت، إينيرجي الوويز ال ال سي - دبي في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
