Black Hella (Bosch) Handmade DIY

- Disassembling the headlights from the supports. For this operation you need only long pliers.

- Disassembling the magnifier from low beam. It’s on tree screws.

- Ungluing the four lenses with a hot air gun. Here you have to heat the periphery of the lenses very well. Then you need to put something sharp behind the glass and gradually apply light pressure while heating. Use gloves because lenses are very hot! Maybe this is the hardest operation. Old german fckng glue…

- Now it’s time for little spraying. The exterior reflector of low beam and the crosses of high beam must be painted. Don’t forget all four outer rings. It’s good to use a heat-resistant spray.

- Next operation is drilling the high beam for crosses mounting. Use little PU silicone for better placing.

- After that it’s time for gluing the all four lenses.
- Assembling is in reverse order.

The task is not difficult if you like to do such things. If you wish, I can steal this pleasure from you and make such headlights for you for e30, e34 or e32. Also I can selling to you some separate parts like lenses, crosses and another stuffs. Do not hesitate to PM me.

Used in good condition. The leather must be reupholstered with new one. There is an area (on 12 o'clock) where rubber is rotating. The slots are perfect!
It's complete set, with airbag and slip ring!
