JOB SUMMARY:
We are an international acting company in the field of documentation for process industries, working closely with our partners in Austria (Gerstenmayer GmbH).
In this particular business field, it is our goal to migrate pipe & ID drawings into a special drawing program called Intergraph Smart® P&ID.
We are searching for technicians or engineers, having university degree with strong relation to drafting (no experience in the pipe & ID drafting is required), whom to train for special pipe & ID drafting purposes. Their main goal will be to become a qualified technical drafter, by achieving high quality and precision.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key responsibilities of the employee is to make special copies of original plant drawings, consisting of pipes, ancillary parts and equipment (as used in process industries), within the platform of Intergraph Smart® Plant & ID, which is database drawing program.
For this purpose, the original drawing file is referenced at the back of the Intergraph Smart® Plant & ID screen, while graphical items from the database will be put on their place by the drafter, if they fit the original. Some parts of the drawing are already prepared in advance by our software program called “Mig-Tool”. “Mig-Tool” can identify items on the original drawing, collect them from the database, and place them automatically on the drawing. Drafters’ job is to check the items identified by the “Mig-Tool”, place additional pipes, ancillary parts and equipment, while filling in attributes and descriptions into dedicated database sections, in accordance with the P&ID drawing rules. After checking their own work, the drafters shall submit the drawings to our drawing controllers. There is a direct communication (via Microsoft® Teams platform) between drafters and drawing controllers. If necessary, the drawings shall be corrected by the drafters, until the necessary quality level is reached, and the drawing is accepted by the drawing controllers.
Promoted senior-drafters will work together with assistant-drafters who will help them in their drafting process.
Finally, senior-drafters with good performance will be trained in Austria to become drafting controllers.
Type of contract: Unlimited employment contract (6 months probationary period)

Starting salary will be BGN 1.500 per month (net). We are prepared to give a bonus equivalent to
a 13th wage before end of each year (or a share of it depending on the date of your
entrance). Finally, a senior drafter should earn BGN 2.000 (net) 13 times a year. There will be an additional remuneration for those who will be upgraded to controller position.
It is foreseen that 70% of the whole salary is fixed, and 30% of it is dependent on the fulfilment of the aims, which will be mutually agreed in advance.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree (mechanical, electrical, construction, architecture or similar);
- Practical knowledge and experience in AutoCAD or other drawing programs;
- Social competence and ability to work in team of colleagues.
