From Open Bedrijvendag to YOUCA Action Day! 🌍

This year, Petersime took part in Open Bedrijvendag for the first time. And besides many great encounters, it also brought us a new colleague for the day!

Pierre Hoste already knew Petersime through his parents, but after visiting us during Open Bedrijvendag, he was keen to see more. So when he was still looking for a place for YOUCA Action Day, he decided to give Petersime a try.

Today, Pierre joined our warehouse team, helping with stock and placing materials on the shelves.

💬 “During the tour on Open Bedrijvendag, I was surprised by the size of Petersime and the fact that the company supplies incubators to more than 150 countries. I was curious to see what it would be like to work here, so I was happy I got the chance to spend a day at Petersime. It was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly, and there was such a positive atmosphere.” — Pierre

Through YOUCA Action Day, young people spend a day gaining work experience, while their earnings go to projects supporting other young people around the world. 💛

For our very first Voka Open Bedrijvendag, we welcomed many visitors to our site in Olsene and took them on a journey through Petersime.

From our production floor and our rich history, to the machines and technologies we develop, visitors discovered what Petersime is all about.

The tour brought together our past, present and future, ending with a look at how we continue to innovate and shape the future of incubation.

It was a day filled with curious questions, interesting conversations and plenty of good moments along the way.

Thank you to everyone who came to visit, and to our colleagues who helped make our first Open Company Day such a great experience.

What can geese teach us about working together? 🪿

More than you might think.

Now that we’re working from our new N.E.S.T. Headquarters, we wanted our company culture to have a place of its own. Not just in words, but in something people can see and experience every day.

So we invited Spanish mural artist Taquen to bring that culture to life on the walls overlooking our garden.

The result? A powerful V-formation of geese. Because geese don’t fly further by flying alone. They move as one, share the effort, adjust to changing conditions and take the lead when their expertise is needed.

That’s how we want to work at Petersime, too. Across teams. Across departments. Across continents. With shared ambition, taking ownership and stepping in for one another. Always moving in the same direction, with our customers in mind.

The mural is more than a piece of art. It’s a daily reminder of how we work together and what we can achieve when we move in the same direction.

🎥 Take a look behind the scenes and discover the story behind the mural, the V-formation and the culture it represents.

Proper egg turning is vital to prevent embryos from sticking to the shell membrane and to promote healthy development and uniform
growth. Even one trolley failing to turn, or incorrect turning angles, can compromise hatch results.

The 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 for UniStreamer™ setters ensures fault‑free turning through continuous monitoring, rather than
occasional visual checks. It automatically detects turning issues through two targeted alerts:

✔️ No turning detected: instant alert during incubation for quick intervention
✔️ Incorrect or suboptimal turning angles: post‑cycle analysis in Eagle Trax™ to detect affected trolleys that need maintenance or a
turning system that requires attention

Big data is transforming industries, driving innovation and efficiency. With Eagle Trax™, Petersime brings this potential to the poultry sector by enabling hatcheries to digitize, analyse and fully use data to maximize performance.

The new Traceability module takes digital control one step further by offering complete visibility of all trolley movements inside and beyond the hatchery. By scanning QR codes at each step of the process, Eagle Trax™ builds a full digital trajectory, making every movement traceable.

Combined with OvoLogger™, hatcheries also gain insight into the environmental conditions eggs experience from the breeder farm to the hatchery, helping uncover new opportunities for continuous performance optimization.

Discover how Eagle Trax™ brings full traceability to hatchery operations. Explore the interactive experience and see where the difference is made 👉 https://unistreamer.petersime.com/home

Something special happened in a place that was still being built.

We welcomed Petersime distributors from around the world to our new N.E.S.T. headquarters for the Global Distributor Seminar.

For this seminar, our headquarters was much more than a construction site. It became a meeting point for ideas, collaboration, and shared ambition.

Our distributors represent Petersime in markets across the globe. They bring our solutions, expertise, and customer promise closer to the people who rely on them every day. Bringing them together in Belgium was about alignment, trust, and shaping the road ahead together.

Behind every successful partnership are people who share the same commitment and bring it to life every day.

A sincere thank you to everyone who contributed to this special event, and to our distributors who continue to represent Petersime with passion and dedication around the world.
