Tomorrow night, the Belgian Finals tip off. Our valued partner Windrose Giants Antwerp takes on Basketbalclub Oostende in a best-of-five series for the Belgian championship title.

We've been a proud partner of this club for years now.

After already lifting the BNXT League title and the Belgian Cup this season, Windrose Giants Antwerp have the chance to complete something historic: the treble.

Aertssen Group operates internationally, but our roots are still here.
Our headquarters, our decision-making, our identity, all firmly based in and around Antwerp.

That local connection matters to us. It's why we invest in partnerships with clubs like the Windrose Giants Antwerp . They represent the city, so do we.

The way this team competes, game after game, resonates with how we work: prepare well, show up, deliver.

Good luck to the entire Windrose Giants Antwerp family. We'll be there! 💛

Late May, we captured some impressive shots of what we do for one of our clients and partners. We handle the full door-to-door transport of their installations: pickup at the production site, overland transport to the port terminal, sea freight coordination, and final delivery to the end customer in the US. In this case, that meant collection in Deinze and transport to ICO Terminals in Zeebrugge.

One shipment, one point of contact, from start to finish.

Planning, tracking, communication - everything runs through us.
The customer picks up the phone once, and we take it from there.

Recognised as a Best Managed Company for the sixth year in a row.
Once again confirming the Gold Label status for Aertssen Group.

The Best Managed Companies programme is a collaboration between Deloitte Private, Econopolis and KU Leuven. It evaluates privately owned Belgian companies on strategy, capabilities, commitment and financial performance.

Being part of this select group of laureates for the sixth consecutive year isn't something we take for granted.

It's a confirmation that the way we run this company holds up. Through strategy and growth, through expansion into new markets, through years that weren't straightforward. Not because we had a perfect plan for everything, but because we have people who adapt, deliver and keep raising the bar.

That's what this recognition is really about.

Not a label on the wall, but the work behind it.
On site, in the office, in the workshop, across more than 30 countries.
Every single day, over and over again.

Thank you to our teams, our clients and our partners.
This one is yours as much as it is ours.

A few weeks ago, the Aertssen Lifting team was on site at SEA-Tank Terminal in the North Sea Port of Ghent for a job that once again called for some careful planning within a tight space.

The assignment was to lift 12 tanks upright, transfer them onto our state-of-the-art SPMTs (2 x 10 lines + 2 x PPU), and place each one in its final position.

Our 500-ton mobile telescopic crane handled the initial picks, after which our Terex Demag SL3800, rigged with a 102m SSL boom, took over for the final placement - all within a few hundred meters of each other.

Short distances, but a lot of coordination between equipment and crew to get it done right. A big thanks to GPI Tanks XL and the team at SEA-Tank Terminal for making it a smooth and, above all, safe operation.

Great people to work with! 💛

Some risks are visible on a site plan.
Others you only feel when you're standing underneath them.

Working near high-voltage lines is the second kind. The pressure is there from the moment you move in, and it doesn't let up until the job is done.

The A-CE System was developed by the Engineer team at Aertssen Lifting to manage that risk at the source. It protects everything below the line from falling cables, and the cables themselves, for the full duration of the operation.

Aertssen Group. We innovate with an open mind! 💛

A 750T and a 300T working in tandem to place various beams of a bridge, before most people in Gembloux had finished their weekend breakfast.

By the time the sun was fully up, they were exactly where they needed to be.

But here's the thing about operations like these: the lift itself is almost never where the work happens.

The work happens weeks earlier.

In the engineering meetings where load charts get reviewed and rigging configurations get challenged.

In the site surveys where ground conditions are assessed and crane positions are calculated to the centimeter.

In the briefings and toolbox meetings where every person on the ground knows exactly what happens next - and what happens if something doesn't go as planned.

Sequencing.

Rigging.

Coordination between crane operators and ground crew.

Communication protocols.

Contingency plans.

All of it worked out long before the first hook goes up.

When the morning comes, the only job left is to execute. And ex*****on looks easy - precisely because the preparation wasn't.

And that's exactly how our colleagues at Aertssen Lifting work.

Every project.

Every lift.

Thank you to STADSBADER CONTRACTORS NV for a pleasant, efficient but most of all safe collaboration on this one! 💛

While the city sleeps, some of our heaviest work gets done.

An industrial heat exchanger, produced at Welders, left Aalst at 2 AM bound for Gent, 8 meters long and 6.4 meters wide. Through the narrow streets of the city center first, guided by 3 experienced pilot cars, a police es**rt, and a driver who grew up in Aalst and knows every corner by heart. Once on the E40, it was a straight shot to the Eastman site in Gent. Three hours from departure to delivery.

By the time the first commuters hit the roads, the unit was already being installed by Aertssen Lifting on site.

A big thank you to Welders, Eastman and every partner who made this run as smooth as it was. 💛
