Machines gecreëerd voor de workflow van de klant ⚙️

Voor een internationale specialist in hydrocultuur en tuinbouwautomatisering bouwde BOONS FIS al een eerste versie van automatische teelgootreinigingsmachines.

Maar daar stopte het verhaal niet. We gingen opnieuw in gesprek met de klant en polsten naar hun noden en wensen.
✨ Het resultaat: een vernieuwde generatie teelgootreinigingsmachines.

Dit project weerspiegelt onze sterktes:
- Technische uitdagingen samen met de klant ontleden
- Vertalen naar een duurzame oplossing die werkt in de realiteit
- Creëren van praktische machines voor de werkvloer

Machines designed for the customer’s workflow ⚙️

BOONS FIS had already built an initial version of automatic growing trough cleaning machines for an international specialist in hydroponics and horticultural automation.

But the story didn’t end there. We sat down with the customer again to discuss their needs and requirements.
✨ The result: a new generation of growing trough cleaning machines.

This project reflects our strengths:
- Analysing technical challenges together with the customer
- Translating these into a sustainable solution that works in reality
- Creating practical machines for the workplace

Past u de juiste reinigingsdruk toe? 🤔

Hogedrukreiniging (circa 100 bar) wordt niet aanbevolen omdat, dit kan leiden tot:
🔌Schade aan elektronica en sensoren
🦠 Verneveling en verspreiding van bacteriën, met risico op Listeria en Salmonella
Hogedrukreiniging is niet altijd de oplossing.

Daarom bieden we ook lage- en middendruk (20-40 bar) aan.
Kies het juiste drukbereik voor uw industrie en hygiënerisico’s.

Are you using the correct cleaning pressure? 🤔

High-pressure cleaning (approx. 100 bar) is not recommended as it can lead to:
🔌Damage to electronics and sensors
🦠 Atomisation and spread of bacteria, with a risk of Listeria and Salmonella
High-pressure cleaning is not always the solution.

That is why we also offer low and medium pressure (20–40 bar).
Choose the right pressure range for your industry and hygiene risks.
