Dialing in without a machine-to-machine connection?

Enter your desired brew time for your recipe using the Mahlkönig Sync’s brew time input function.

After each shot, enter the actual brew time and the grinder automatically adjusts the grind size accordingly. After just a few shots, you’re dialed in and hitting your target extraction time.

Happy with the result? Simply switch off the brew time input function.

No direct connection needed.
Less manual adjustment.
More consistency.

Specialty Coffee Week kicked off in Aalst last week with an evening full of latte art, a high fun factor, good coffee and an even better crowd.

We brought the equipment, the barista teams brought the skills. ☕️

Proud to sponsor the battle and provide the full setups: Dalla Corte Studio, Mahlkönig E65W Sync, puqpress_official and Perfect Moose Jack. Everything they needed to show us what they’ve got.

These are the vibes we do it for 💛

Good coffee isn’t just about great equipment. It’s about how everything fits together 🧩

From grinding and tamping to brewing espresso and steaming milk: every step behind the bar influences the next.
By combining smart technologies, baristas no longer have to perform repetitive tasks or rely on guesswork.

The result? A workflow that allows teams to work faster, reduces errors and ensures greater consistency, even when things get busy.

But technology is only part of the story.

The right equipment, a well-designed workflow, proper training and ongoing support must all be aligned.

That’s what we do at Schuilenburg Coffee Solutions: helping coffee professionals set up smarter workflows and get the most out of their coffee bar every day.

This is the one.

Meet the new Dalla Corte Studio One, combining the flexibility of the Studio with the connectivity of the Studio Aqua.

Thanks to its built-in reservoir, the Studio One can be placed almost anywhere, but can also be connected to the mains water supply at a later date. This makes it easier to fit into a home, office, showroom or small catering establishment.

A new cool-touch steam wand makes steaming safer and cleaning easier, while redesigned side panels offer even more possibilities to match the machine to your interior.

Paired here with two Mahlkönig X54 grinders, it’s a compact setup built for exceptional espresso quality.

Thanks to Luc for this picture and the trust for having the very first Studio One!

Last week we had the pleasure of running a training session for a small group of baristas on how to use Mahlkönig grinders.

demonstrated the basic steps for setting up the grinder, how it works, the main differences between Grind-by-Weight and Grind-by-Sync, and the impact that poor maintenance can have on your grinder.
👉 Final conclusion: Set up your grinder correctly, clean and maintain it regularly. Your customers will thank you.

Thanks to Sophie from Phil Roast for making her coffee bar available for this small event. But also for showing people that 100% Robusta isn’t just daring, but also a flavourful success.

A big thank you to Antwerp Coffee Week for promoting speciality coffee even further, bringing the community even closer together and for the daily dedication of the team over the past few weeks. The effort is incredible ❤️‍🔥

More to come? Most likely 🚀
