Sometimes the right solution starts with the machine you already have.

Besides manufacturing forklift attachments and custom lifting equipment, modifying and equipping pallet trucks, stackers and reach trucks is also part of our expertise.

For this project, our customer had some specific requirements for their BT LPE220 pallet trucks. We adapted the machines with steel side guidance, a protective bumper and custom-designed doors, all designed and installed to suit the application.

The result is a pallet truck adapted to the customer's working environment, rather than the other way around.

When heavy-duty still isn't heavy-duty enough 💪

Our standard range of Heavy Duty attachments is built for demanding applications and known for its durability. But environments such as metallurgy and recycling can push equipment even further.

That’s where additional reinforcement and smart engineering make the difference.

This Type H6524SP clamp, mounted on a LINDE H45 600D, was developed for exactly that kind of intensive use.

The design features:

👉 Capacity of 4T @ 600 mm load centre
👉 Reinforced frame with a closed front
👉 Slide bars without bushings or other wear parts

Handling goods without pallets? Bales and crates need a different approach.

When you need to move paper or textile bales, wooden crates, or other pallet-free loads, a bale clamp can make the job considerably easier.

The thin, flexible arms feature horizontal ribs that provide additional grip, allowing the load to be securely picked up and transported without a pallet.

When standard fork dimensions are not enough, we build around the load. For this project, we designed a custom spreader frame type SPR80/1000SP to handle wide loads safely and efficiently.

The solution was developed specifically for a MORA EP120RA, while keeping the original fork thickness intact. The frame fits directly onto the carriage and forks without central fork sleeves.

Key specifications:
👉 Capacity: 8T @ 1,000 mm load centre
👉 Frame width: 3.5 m
👉 Quick-disconnect suspension
👉 Designed for wide-load handling

And this is just one configuration. Other capacities and designs are also possible on request, depending on the application and load requirements.

At Little Giant, we design and install tow hooks for a wide range of vehicles, capacities and applications. Our latest development is the H30E, featuring an electrically activated locking pin.

This solution was developed with electric tractors and platform trucks in mind. By replacing the traditional hydraulic locking system with an electric one, there is no need for hydraulic lines or an additional hydraulic unit.

The H30E was recently installed on three STILL LXT180 platform trucks, providing a practical and integrated solution for their towing requirements.

Not every logistics challenge can be solved with standard equipment. For this project, we customized a BT SPE 200 stacker for deployment in a battery exchange station.

The existing machine was adapted with:
👉 Custom support legs and wheel brackets
👉 Wheels with a maximum height of just 50 mm
👉 A specially designed HJ14SP crane arm

The result is a compact, purpose-built solution designed to work within the specific requirements of a battery exchange environment.
