Founded in 1989 by Chairman, Mr. Surendra Patawari, Gemini has more than 30 years’ experience in the recycling and trading of raw materials and is one of the world’s largest circular economy supply chain managers and recyclers. It enables the recycling of 1.7 million tonnes of material, saving 1.5 million tonnes of carbon dioxide annually. The company's motto 'The Whole World is a Small Village' represents the company's global strategy. With a team of about 350 people Gemini operate through 33 offices and have 30 warehouses in 26 countries with 6 collection and sorting facilities. Divisions within the company include Plastic, Paper, Rubber, Metal, Wood and Oleo. Recycling statistics are on average 50 million tyres, 1 billion PET Bottles and 1.5 million refrigerators annually. Gemini is a Board member of the Alliance to End Plastic and a Member of World Economic Forum.
