Edifice Consultancy Ltd. recently conducted the 3rd Quarterly Environmental Monitoring for the SASEC Dhaka–Sylhet Corridor Road Investment Project.

As part of the monitoring, our team collected different air quality and noise level parameters at two locations within the DS-12B Package area. The monitoring was carried out through multiple field visits, with participation from RHD officials and PIC Consultants.

Edifice Consultancy recently conducted an Environmental Monitoring Survey at Karwan Bazar, Dhaka, for the “Digital Entrepreneurship and Innovation Eco-System Development Project” by Spectra Engineers Ltd.

The monitoring focused on key environmental parameters, including ambient air quality and noise levels, along with field observations to assess the existing environmental conditions of the project area.

Today marks the beginning of an exciting two-week capacity-building program as Edifice Consultancy Ltd. commenced its Drone Operation and RTK Land Survey Training for the Bangladesh Army.

This hands-on training is designed to strengthen technical skills in drone piloting, RTK-based land surveying, enabling participants to apply advanced technologies in field operations with greater accuracy and efficiency.

As part of the Swisscontact training program, Edifice Consultancy Ltd. successfully conducted a hands-on drone training session for the participants.

The training provided practical experience in drone piloting, which enabled trainees to develop essential skills in the rapidly growing field of drone technologies. As part of our upcoming BRR Project, Edifice Consultancy successfully conducted an intensive enumerator training session at our office training facility. The session was led by our Project Director Mr. Dhrubo Alam, who provided detailed guidance on the objectives, methodology, ethical considerations, and field procedures for conducting interviews with bus owners, bus company managers, bus drivers, and bus conductors.

The training emphasized professional communication, accurate data collection, respondent engagement, and maintaining the highest standards of integrity throughout the survey process. Through practical discussions and interactive learning, our field team is now better equipped to collect reliable and high-quality data that will contribute to evidence-based transport planning and decision-making.
