CHRYSO EXCEM –V1 a ready to use chloride free blend of dry powder when mixed with clean water, it produces a free flowing, non- shrink high strength grout. The material is based on cement, graded aggregate fillers and additives which imparts controlled expansion of mortar and reduces water demand, thus ensuring positive contact with machine base plate, high early strength and long term durability. EXCEM – V1 conforms to ASTM C 1107. GRADE- A.

CHRYSO CWA10 Crystalline waterproofing admixture protects and waterproofs concrete structures by crystallization. The active chemicals react with moisture and by product of cement hydrate in the concrete resulting in crystalline formation within the pores and capillary tracts of concrete thus waterproofing the structure against pe*******on of water and other liquids from any direction. CHRYSO CWA 10 gives strong and lasting waterproofing protection from harsh environmental conditions.

® EXCEM C: Polymer Modified Non‐Shrink Admixture For Injection Cement Grouting.

EXCEM‐C is specially formulated non-shrink grouting aid. It is a free flowing powder for addition to neat cement mixes. It plasticizes the mix, allowing for substantial reduction in water without affecting the fluidity, thus improving the strength and impermeability of the grout. During the setting period of the grout, it produces controlled expansion to compensate the normal drying shrinkage of cement. This ensures complete filling of voids and prevents formation of porous sections. It also imparts surface active properties and controlled volume increase during reaction; thus even the smallest cracks and pores can be impregnated.

EXCEM‐C is used as an admixture for Injection Grouting to effectively waterproof and stop leaks in underground structures, basements, tunnels, lift wells, retaining walls, dams, water reservoirs, pressure ducts and other water retaining structures. It is also recommended for grouting pre‐stressed members
machine bases, column bases (Steel and precast concrete) anchor bolts etc. and wherever a non-settling,
non‐bleeding, expanding grout is required. EXCEM‐C can also be used as an additive to produce flowable Expansion (non shrink) concrete (with smaller sized graded aggregates are preferable) / mortar.

The cooling effect is designed with high quality titanium di oxide pigment which reflects more than 80% of solar radiation and specialty micronized ceramic hollow sphere which reduces heat transmission inside the room.
