A recent field visit to Keshorhat Pourashava in Rajshahi District as part of the IUGIP project by the Local Government Engineering Department.

We carried out several environmental tests, including air and noise quality monitoring, along with sample collection for waste, groundwater, surface water, and soil.

The variation in conditions across different locations made the work insightful and engaging. These assessments will contribute to a better understanding of the environmental status and support sustainable planning for the municipality.

We conducted a field visit to Nohata Pourashava in Rajshahi District under the IUGIP project, implemented by the Local Government Engineering Department.

Our work focused on environmental testing, including measuring air and noise levels, and collecting samples of waste, groundwater, surface water, and soil from different locations.

📍 Field Visit in Sylhet Sadar & Companiganj Upazila

Following our previous field activities in Jaintiapur and Gowainghat, the team from Edifice Consultancy Ltd., in collaboration with the Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB), continued the field assessment in Sylhet Sadar and Companiganj Upazila.

During this visit, our team again conducted drone surveys of the surrounding areas and collected soil and water samples to evaluate the environmental and geographical conditions.

These assessments will support the planning and identification of suitable locations for future embankment and protective wall construction, aiming to reduce disaster risks and protect local communities.
