🚗⚠️ সি এন জি সিলিন্ডার ব্যবহারে সতর্কতা: নিরাপত্তা সবার আগে
অনেক গাড়িতে জ্বালানি সাশ্রয়ের জন্য CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে। কিন্তু দুঃখজনকভাবে আমরা প্রায়ই দেখি—অনিরাপদ বা অবহেলাপূর্ণ ব্যবহারের কারণে সি এন জি সিলিন্ডার বিস্ফোরণ বা বড় ধরনের দুর্ঘটনা ঘটছে। একটু অসতর্কতা কখনো কখনো প্রাণহানির কারণও হতে পারে। তাই সি এন জি ব্যবহারে সঠিক নিয়ম জানা ও মানা অত্যন্ত জরুরি।
❗ সি এন জি সিলিন্ডার অনিরাপদ ব্যবহারের ঝুঁকি
• মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ সিলিন্ডার ব্যবহার করলে বিস্ফোরণের ঝুঁকি থাকে
• নিয়মিত পরীক্ষা না করলে সিলিন্ডারে ক্ষয় বা দুর্বলতা তৈরি হতে পারে
• নিম্নমানের কিট বা অননুমোদিত ওয়ার্কশপে ইনস্টলেশন দুর্ঘটনার কারণ হতে পারে
• লিকেজ হলে আগুন লাগা বা বিস্ফোরণের সম্ভাবনা থাকে
• ভুলভাবে বসানো বা ঢিলা ফিটিং থাকলে গাড়ি চালানোর সময় বড় বিপদ ঘটতে পারে

✅ মেয়াদ পরীক্ষা করুন
প্রতিটি সিলিন্ডারের নির্দিষ্ট মেয়াদ থাকে (সাধারণত ৫ বছর পর রি-টেস্ট প্রয়োজন)। মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ সিলিন্ডার ব্যবহার করবেন না।
✅ নিয়মিত হাইড্রো টেস্ট করান
সরকার অনুমোদিত টেস্টিং সেন্টারে নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর পর সিলিন্ডার পরীক্ষা করান।
✅ অনুমোদিত ওয়ার্কশপে কিট ইনস্টল করুন
অভিজ্ঞ ও অনুমোদিত টেকনিশিয়ান ছাড়া কখনো CNG কিট বসাবেন না।
✅ লিকেজ পরীক্ষা করুন
গ্যাসের গন্ধ পেলেই সাথে সাথে গাড়ি বন্ধ করুন এবং মেরামতের ব্যবস্থা নিন।
✅ ভালভ ও পাইপলাইন ঠিক আছে কিনা দেখুন
ভালভ, রেগুলেটর ও পাইপলাইন নিয়মিত পরীক্ষা করা জরুরি।
✅ অতিরিক্ত তাপ থেকে দূরে রাখুন
সিলিন্ডার যেন অতিরিক্ত তাপ বা আগুনের সংস্পর্শে না আসে।

সিএনজি সিলিন্ডারের হাইড্রো টেস্টিং কি ?
কেন হাইড্রো টেস্টিং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ?
সিএনজি সিলিন্ডারের হাইড্রো টেস্টিং একটি বাধ্যতামূলক নিরাপত্তা প্রক্রিয়া, যার মাধ্যমে সময়ের সাথে সাথে সিলিন্ডারের উচ্চ চাপ সহ্য করার ক্ষমতা যাচাই করা হয়। হাইড্রো টেস্টিংয়ের সময়, সিলিন্ডারটি পানি দিয়ে পূর্ণ করে এর কার্যকরী চাপের চেয়ে বেশি চাপ প্রয়োগ করা হয়, যাতে এর মধ্যে কোনো লিকেজ, স্ফীতি (ফুলে ওঠা) বা কাঠামোগত দুর্বলতা আছে কিনা তা পরীক্ষা করা যায়। এই পরীক্ষাটি নিশ্চিত করে যে সিলিন্ডারটি পরবর্তী ব্যবহারের জন্য সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপদ।

সিএনজি (সংকুচিত প্রাকৃতিক গ্যাস) সিলিন্ডার হলো যানবাহনে জ্বালানি হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত গ্যাস সংরক্ষণের একটি আধার। এটি প্রায় ২০০-২৫০ বার (200−250 bar) চাপে নিরাপদে সিএনজি গ্যাস সংরক্ষণ করে। পরবর্তীতে এই গ্যাস নিয়ন্ত্রিত পরিমাণে ইঞ্জিনে দহনের জন্য সরবরাহ করা হয়।
