We are delighted to announce Clarke Energy Bangladesh has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Organix Energy Inc., a Canada-based renewable energy project developer, to accelerate the deployment of renewable and waste-to-energy solutions in Bangladesh.

This strategic collaboration brings together Organix Energy’s experience in project development with Clarke Energy’s proven capabilities in engineering, procurement, and construction of gas-to-power facilities.

We’re proud to announce the successful delivery of a 4.5MWe gas-based power generation facility by our team in Bangladesh, supporting a major electrical manufacturer in Narayanganj.

Clarke Energy in Bangladesh secured a prestigious EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract for the project, which included the supply of 3 x J416 and 1 x J316 INNIO Group Jenbacher gas engines.

The contract was signed with TOA Corporation, the nominated contractor for Singer Bangladesh Ltd – a renowned electronic and home appliances manufacturer.

Successful ex*****on of this contract marks a significant milestone for Clarke Energy in Bangladesh, reinforcing its position in the energy sector and underscoring its expertise in executing large-scale power projects on turnkey basis.

Jamie Clarke and Peter Holliday of Clarke Energy will be stepping down as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Clarke Energy, respectively.

They have committed a combined >50 years between them to the growth and development of Clarke Energy and will be retained in non-executive roles and will be supporting the business going forward.

Kyle Quinn succeeds Jamie as President of the Clarke Energy group and Sharon Wright takes on Peter’s position as Group Finance Director.
