Post: Project Manager (Fire Protection & Detection Systems)
No. of Vacancies: 01

Job Description / Responsibility
Lead and manage end-to-end projects involving Fire Protection and Detection Systems.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, standpipes, fire detection & alarm systems, fire doors, and passive fire protection solutions.
Ensure strict compliance with NFPA, BNBC, Civil Defense, and RSC regulations.
Review and approve design drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates; coordinate with consultants and clients for technical validation.
Conduct site visits, prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
Manage project teams, provide technical guidance, and resolve on-site challenges under pressure.
Prepare and submit project reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to senior management.
Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project ex*****on.
Forecast project requirements, track budgets, and report timely on project status.
Uphold company’s strategic goals and ISO 9001:2015 standards in all project activities.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc/M.Sc in EEE / ME / CE / IPE WITH MBA (Project Management) will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Fire Protection & Detection System Projects.
Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial/commercial fire safety projects.

Additional Job Requirements
Age not over 45 years.
Only male candidates are eligible to apply.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D and project scheduling tools.
Excellent typing speed and communication skills in both Bengali and English.

Location
Dhaka (Uttara) Head Office with frequent site visits across Bangladesh.

Salary Range
Negotiable (based on experience and expertise).

Other Benefits
Mobile bill, TA/DA, yearly 2 festival bonuses.
