On 18th May 2026, aamra resources limited and Solvei8 officially entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the corporate office of aamra resources limited, located at BTA Tower (10th Floor), 29 Kemal Ataturk Avenue, Dhaka.
The MoU signing event was attended by senior representatives from both organizations, including Mr. Sohel Ahmed, Chief Operating Officer, and Mr. Shamim Masudul Haque, General Manager, from aamra resources limited, and Solvei8 was represented by Mr. Adib Sajjad, Country Manager, and Ms. Mitali Chakrabartty, Senior Sales Manager.
Under this partnership, aamra resources limited will collaborate with Buyogo Ventures Pte Limited, operating under the brand name “Solvei8,” a Switzerland-based SaaS provider specializing in innovative digital solutions. The agreement marks a significant step toward enabling advanced technological support and industry-focused solutions for manufacturing sectors in Bangladesh.
Through this strategic alliance, both organizations aim to leverage their respective strengths to drive operational efficiency, digital adoption, and sustainable growth across industrial enterprises. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to innovation, customer success, and long-term value creation within the evolving manufacturing landscape.
The MoU signing ceremony concluded with both parties’ expressing optimism about the future opportunities and collaborative initiatives that will emerge from this partnership.

ITMA ASIA + CITME 2025, held in Singapore from 28–31 October, once again demonstrated why it is recognized as the region’s premier exhibition for advanced textile technology and sustainable manufacturing solutions. As the leading platform for innovation across the entire textile and garment value chain, the event brought together global manufacturers, technology leaders and industry professionals seeking to scale up production efficiency, adopt sustainable practices and remain competitive in an evolving global market.

This year’s exhibition welcomed thousands of visitors from around the world and we were especially pleased to meet a significant number of our respected customers from Bangladesh. Their visits, discussions and valuable feedback made the event even more meaningful for us. The live machinery demonstrations held throughout the exhibition were among the major highlights - offering firsthand insights into the industry’s most powerful, efficient and environmentally conscious technologies.
