Role Overview
Bengal CKD Laser is seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive the growth of our industrial laser solutions. You will be responsible for promoting and selling high-end laser marking, cutting, and welding machines. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical understanding and aggressive sales tactics to pe*****te the manufacturing and industrial sectors in Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients in industries such as RMG, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and metal fabrication.
Technical Sales: Conduct product demonstrations and explain the technical advantages of our laser systems.
Strategic Planning: Develop sales strategies for laser systems to target high-speed production lines.
Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with factory owners and procurement managers.
Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on competitor pricing and emerging technology trends in the machinery market.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales leads, conversions, and customer feedback.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the industrial machinery sales (experience with laser technology or Chinese imports is a significant plus).
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC machines, laser technology, and marking software.
Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate technical specs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing) or Engineering (EEE/ME) preferred.
Working Terms & Benefits
Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Weekend: Friday (Weekly Holiday).
Salary: Competitive base salary with attractive sales commissions based on performance.
