Kirloskar Engineer D.N Prashad teach us this this technique. In case of fixing large piston with Piston Rod (connecting Rod) a group (thread) have to be done between Piston Rod & Piston Rod Nut (Shown in 1st pic). This way position of fixing Screw will be half in Rod & half in Rod Nut (Shown in 2ed pic). This called Grab Screw technique which is tested, efficient and save. Possible depth of the thread will be 22mm & size of the screw M6x1Px8L
