Al Haz Abul Bashar started his own Re Rolling plant in Shampur, Kadamtoli, Industrial Area, Dhaka, Bangladesh. In the beginning of his Steel Business he started with 1 Re-Rolling Unit by the name of “THE RANI RE-ROLLING MILL.”
From the year of 1999 we started production MS ANGLE with ship breaking plates and then the beginning of the year of 2002 we also establish 2 Re-Rolling Mills and 2 Steel M
ills Individually. Al Haz Abul Bashar suddenly become illness by stroke. After his illness, his elder son Mr. Sumon Chowdhury (Managing Director) formed two LIMITED COMPANIES in 2005.They are named as “THE RANI RE-ROLLING MILL LTD” & “THE RANI CONCAST STEEL LTD.”
At present our company’s management authority formed as Chairman Mr. Al Haz Abul Bashar, Managing Director Mr. Sumon Chowdhury and as Director Mrs. Yeasmin Bashar Chowdhury. Our Company’s total employee and worker around 1,000 (one thousands) peoples, 5 Individual Re-Rolling Mills with workshop facilities; 3 steel mills Unit; G.I Wire Plantation and Fume extraction supply machine. We also have our own 33KV electricity power plant so that we can get 24 hours electricity facilities. Finally we can assure you the quality of Goods and still we have good reputation in steel market by the blessing of Almighty Allah.
