Job Vacancy:

We are hiring! A full-time Digital Marketing Executive with Video Editing Experience for a reputed robotics company in Dhaka. Job is on-site and opportunity to earn up to 25000 per month.

Roles and responsibility:
1) Social media marketing and content distribution (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram)
2) Video editing (CapCut PC not CapCut phone, Adobe premiere)
3) Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe illustrator)
4) Lead generation (Facebook and Linkedin Research not lead scraping)
5) Data Entry and Customer Relationship (Google Sheet, notion)
6) Familiar with Project management tools like (Asana, ClickUp) will be preferred

Eligibility:
1) Age: 18-27
2) At least GPA 4.7 in HSC (Science) and GPA 5 in HSC (Commerce/Arts)
3) BBA from reputed universities is preferred. Strong English Communication skills or IELTS 6+ score
4) Free for coming office 5 days office hours 7am - 5pm with 2 hours break in between
5) Work Experience at least 2 year in digital marketing (Need Reference from past CEO)
6) More experienced Person will get preference
7) 1.5 years contract (2 months notice period)

We designed a modular system to address limitations in current solar cleaning robots. Five lightweight modules, each with detachable brushes and a robust frame, work together.

The concept sketches and requirements were drawn using Fusion 360 software. The 3D models were developed considering the functionality, durability, and manufacturability.

AI নিয়ে ভয় আর hype এই দুইয়ের মাঝখানে আমরা একটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সত্য ভুলে যাচ্ছি।
সবাই বলছে “AI will take our jobs”, “AI is the future” কিন্তু বাস্তবে AI এখনো mostly screen-এর ভেতরে আটকে আছে।

The real disruption starts when AI enters the physical world.

আজ software AI race প্রায় saturated। কিন্তু physical AI এবং robotics industry just started। Factories, hospitals, agriculture, logistics, even small businesses সব জায়গায় robots ঢুকবে।

বাংলাদেশের জন্য এটাই right time।
কারণ এখনো skill gap huge, competition low, আর শেখার সময় আছে।
If you start today, by 2030 you can work in robotics,
by 2035 you can build companies, products, and real value.

Robotics মানে sci fi না।
Its mechanics, electronics, design, systems thinking, and discipline.
Hype দিয়ে grow হয় না। Competence দিয়ে grow হয়।

Back in August 2022, one of our oldest robotics clients entrusted us with a unique challenge: developing a solar panel cleaning robot that could climb panels without damaging the brushes. It was an exciting opportunity that pushed us to think differently and deliver an innovative solution tailored to the client’s requirements.

At that time our CEO MD Al Faysal Bin Siraj worked on building a mobile robot with custom parts designed for manufacturability while carefully selecting off-the-shelf components as the lead engineer. The design excluded the battery and microcontroller, but every mechanical detail was refined through several iterations and modifications based on prior robotics experience.

Looking back, the most rewarding part was the steep learning curve, reverse engineering, problem-solving, and expanding our robotics knowledge while closely collaborating with the client. We are deeply grateful for his guidance and the trust he placed in us throughout this journey.

Qualifications:
- HSC or A-levels with high passion for business, marketing, and sales.
- BBA graduates will be given preference
- Certificate relevant to Lead Gen, Sales
