We are happy to share the successful completion of the Structural Design for SMEP (Sustainable Manufacturing and Environmental Pollution) – complying with BNBC 2020.

The water retaining structure of SMEP for Fakir Knitwears Ltd. has now been constructed based on our design. On July 30, 2025, Fakir Knitwears Ltd. hosted the launch of the Water Reuse and Improved Wastewater Management Demonstration Site under the SMEP Project.

This initiative—a collaboration between Primark, Fakir Knitwears Ltd., and the World Bank’s 2030 WRG—marks one of Bangladesh’s largest industrial water reuse projects, and notably the first under the National Alliance for Water Reuse and Recycling.

A heartfelt appreciation to our dedicated Imarat team members for their outstanding work, and sincere thanks to Fakir Knitwears Ltd. management for their continued trust in us.
