ডেঙ্গু নিয়ে পরামর্শ:-

এবারের ২০১৯ সালের ডেঙ্গুতে আক্রান্ত রোগীদের তথ্য পর্যালোচনা করে দেখা গেছে শরীরের গড় তাপমাত্রা ১০১ ডিগ্রি থাকে, বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রেই র‌্যাশ দেখা যায়না, রক্তক্ষরণও হয়না। বেশিরভাগ রোগীর হাড়ে বা শরীরের সংযোগস্থলে ব্যথাও হয়না। ফলে অনেকে বুঝতেই পারেন না যে তিনি ডেঙ্গু আক্রান্ত। তাই তেমন গুরুত্বও দেন না।

জ্বর চলে যাওয়ার পরে প্লাটিলেট ভেঙ্গে ব্লাডপ্রেসার কমে খুব অল্প সময়েই কলাপস করে। জ্বরের সাথে বমি ও লুজ মোশনও এবারের ডেঙ্গুর অন্যতম লক্ষণ। ফলে এবার মৃত্যুর হার আগের চাইতে অনেক বেশি।

এবারের ডেঙ্গু হেমোরেজিক নয়, শক সিনড্রম। তাই পরামর্শ হলো অল্প বা বেশি যেকেনো মাত্রার জ্বর হলেও দ্রুত চিকিৎসকের কাছে যেতে হবে। কোনমতেই অপেক্ষা করা চলবে না।

করনীয়:- ডাঃ এর পরামর্শের পাশাপাশি রোগীকে পেপে পাতার জুস বানিয়ে চার ঘন্টা অন্তর পান করতে দিন। প্রতিবার ২০০ মিলি থেকে ৫০০ মিলি জুস পান ও বেশি করে বিশুদ্ধ পানিয় পান করান। পেপে পাতার জুস শরীরে রক্তের প্লাটিলেট ধরে রাখতে এবং নেমে গেলে উত্তোরনে ব্যপক সহায়তা করে, এর কোনো ক্ষতিকর দিক নেই।
