Steel Building Manufacturers Association of Bangladesh (SBMA) has been incorporated in November 21, 2012 under the companies act (Act XVIII) of 1994. The objectives of the Association are-All the objectives will be implemented after obtaining necessary permission from the Government / Commerce authority.This Trade Organization shall function considering the state policy and overall public interest

and it shall not arrange, support or take part in any such activities which disregard the state rule and create social disorder. To promote and foster ideas of Co-operation and mutual help amongst the members engaged in Steel Building Manufacturing in Bangladesh.To watch over, protect and safeguard in General Commercial and Industrial interest in Bangladesh of the members engaged in Steel Building Manufacturing Business in Bangladesh.To consider and to help formulate the policy of Government from time to time, relating to Steel Building Manufacturing Business in Bangladesh. To enter into any arrangement and to take all necessary and proper steps with Government or authorities, National, Legal, Municipal or otherwise of any place in which the Association or its members may have interest and to promote or assist the promotion, whether directly or indirectly, of any legislation which may appear to be in the interest of the Association.To arbitrate in the settlement of disputes arising out of Commercial transaction between parties willing or agreeing to abide by judgment and decision of the Association.
