D8 Consultants Ltd. (D8CL) is proud to be involved in the structural design of a landmark 30-storied condominium development featuring 3 basement levels and four interconnected towers linked through elevated skybridges.

This iconic project goes beyond architecture — it represents a complex structural system where tower interaction, load redistribution, and dynamic behavior play a critical role in design.

Key highlights of the development:

-Four high-rise towers connected at multiple levels through skybridges

-Rooftop infinity pool with panoramic urban views
