Competitors offered to do it for $5. I closed the deal at $150. Here is why. 👇

One of my client approached me with a project involving three floors, stairs, lifts, and detailed dimensions.
He mentioned that other sellers were offering to do similar work for $5.
$5? 😒 For a 3-story architectural layout???
I didn’t get defensive. Instead, I made myself calm. I explained:
1-The complexity of the scope
2-The danger of unverified, low-cost work (are they even professionals?)
3-The value of accuracy in CAD drafting.
I sent proof of my previous work and stood by my pricing. The result? The client ignored the $5 offers and accepted my Custom Offer for $150 immediately.

The Lesson:
Don't lower your standards to compete with the bottom of the market. Clients are willing to pay for if you can clearly articulate the value you bring to the table. 😊
