To carry on the business of computers and computers based education, Web design, data processing, data entry , system designing, software developing, software and hardware maintenance, Graphics design, software and hardware installation, and other services related to computer and all accessories. Web developing, e-commerce, data service, IT consulting and IT training Centre; provide goods and services in information technology. To carry on the business of Constructors / Builders, Erects, Engineers, Structural and Architecture designers, Mechanical, all types of Chemical items exports, imports and supply in Bangladesh and Metallurgical, Electronic, Telecommunication, Bio-medical, Computer Engineers and consultants under taking to execute, contracts, to design, plan, build, fabricate, maintain, develop, improve work, control and manage any buildings, road, bridges, railways, tramways, waterways, dockyards, Sea ports, Air ports, gas works, reservoirs electric power station, power sub-station, power transmission & distribution, heating, ventilation, Air conditioning (HVAC) and stores systems, local transportation and to contribute or otherwise assist or take part in the construction, maintenance development, working and management thereof. To carry on the business of marketing, import, export, manufacturing, assembling, installing, repairing, buying, selling in Bangladesh & abroad of all kinds of Aluminum/ Steel/ digital products, furniture and sorts of allied products, peripherals including electric/ electronic / digital equipment like transformer, control panel, electric iron, electric switch, IPS, UPS, Fire protection equipment’s, Solar system, battery and accessories, cooling tower, chiller, air handing unit, fan coil unit, air condition, oven, water pump, motor, power generator Diesel/Gas, vertical lifter, escalators, industrial exhaust fan, humidifier, de-humidifier, industrial compressor, optical fiber cables and equipment’s , PFI switch gear all kinds of Boiler/ Water treatment/ Textile/ Dyeing / Lather /all types of tyres imports and supply/ Plastic and fabrics Chemical, Boiler & Burner spares, Garments finishing machinery, Water filter & Dispenser. To carry on the business of civil constructions, substation ,power plants and transmission line design and calculation, estimation ,foundation, piling works , testing , and real estate, housing and apartment and to do and carry on the business of buyer, seller of flats, apartment, buildings rooms, huts and to undertake construction of Super market, Shopping Center, shopping complex, community Center's. And to arrange for sale or let out of those to general public or to hold it for their management. To do and carry on the business of development of building and apartments and sell and dispose of the said buildings and apartments and business of builder, engineers, architects and contractors and to build townships, gardens, markets, housing. To apply for all types tender, purchase or otherwise acquire any immovable or movable property, and protect and prolong and renew in any part of the world any patents, patent rights, invention, copyright, trademarks, service marks, formulas, decrees, licenses, protections, concessions, including clearing and forwarding licenses, right, privileges and the like, conferring any exclusive or non-exclusive nor limited rights to their use or limited rights to any secret or other information as to any invention, which may seem capable of being used for any of the purposes of the Company. To exchange, sell, convey, assign, or let on lease or grant licenses for the whole or any part of the Company’s immovable properties and to accept as consideration or in lieu thereof either land or Government securities of shares in companies or partly in one and partly the other.
