Position: Senior Executive / Executive, Sales & Marketing (Elevators)

Job Responsibilities –
• Generate leads and develop new elevator sales opportunities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Visit clients, consultants, and project sites and achieve assigned sales and marketing targets
• Prepare and follow up quotations and proposals and technical documents
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects to ensure order conversion
• Drive B2B sales and collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and service teams for smooth project ex*****on
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Conduct basic market and competitor analysis.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales and marketing targets
• Participate in tenders, negotiations, and contract finalization
• Prepare regular marketing and sales activity reports for management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Sc. or Diploma holders are also encouraged to apply).
• Candidates with experience in Marketing, Sales, or related fields will get priority.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• For field marketing activities, candidates with their own motorcycle will be given preference.
