𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫: Male Only
𝐀𝐠𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭: 30–40 Years
𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

1. Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
2. Identify hiring needs and ensure the company recruits qualified candidates on time
3. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
5. Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address workplace issues
6. Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration
7. Organize training and development programs for employees
8. Monitor employee performance and assist in performance evaluations
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
10. Maintain a positive and professional work environment
11. Build employer branding and improve hiring strategies
12. Develop retention strategies to reduce employee turnover
13. Support management in decision-making related to HR matters

* Graduate from a reputed/top-ranking university

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

* 5–7 years of experience in a reputed or large organization

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and organizational ability
* Professional attitude with strong ethical standards
