Key Responsibilities:
•Perform Detailed Engineering Assessments (DEA) of structures.
• Design and analysis of RCC and steel structures to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Conduct site visits to inspect and assess structural conditions and monitor progress.
•Coordinate and attend meetings with approval authorities such as RSC or other regulatory bodies.
•Prepare, review, and approve structural drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
•Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide effective structural solutions.
•Ensure timely completion of project deliverables within the defined budget and quality standards.
•Provide on-site technical support during construction and resolve design-related issues promptly.
•Stay updated with the latest codes, standards, and engineering practices.

Software Skills:
Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and AutoCAD.
Familiarity with other structural analysis and design tools is a plus.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
•3-4 years of relevant experience in structural design and assessment.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards, particularly for RCC and steel structures.
•Ability to conduct structural inspections and prepare detailed technical reports.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with approval authorities and project stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for site visits as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with DEA and working with approval bodies like RSC.
• Exposure to both design and construction phases of projects.
•Professional registration or certification in structural engineering is a plus.
