𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲: TIA Portal Professional V17 & KEPSERVEREX OPC Server V6.35, SIMATIC Audit Trail V17

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The existing system is running with an S7-226/224 CPU and a 10″ SIEMENS SMART LINE HMI, as the customer wants to store the data logging system, alarm log, SIMATIC audit trail, and parallel operation and monitoring of the purified water generation and distribution systems.

P𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀:

1. SCADA design as per existing HMI & PI Diagram
2. OPC Server & TIA Portal Installation
3. Communication between S7-226/224 CPU & KEPSERVERex through RS485-USB converter
4. Communication with OPC server and WinCC RT Advanced
5. SIMATIC Audit Trail (GMP Report)
6. Alarm Logging
7. Continuous data logging on a CSV File and a PDF file into the PC directory
8. Sterilization Report as a CSV/PDF file into the PC directory
9. The Continuous data logging file will be saved every 24 hours with a customized time interval (1 min, 2 min, 3 min, and so on)

Project:
1. Supply & Installation of 2nos 11KV/630A Switch gear Panel
2. Supply and Replace 3nos 11KV/630A Switchgear
3. Supply and replace of 440V/1600A LT Switchgear
4. Supply and replace 650KVAR PFI Panel

𝙀𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙧: 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 𝙎𝙞𝙡𝙤,
North Patenga, Chattogram.

We are pleased to share that recently our team has completed the project. The project was comprised of supply and installation of two 11KV/630A VCB panel (ABB-VD4) which included the operation and protection of the system. Supply of three 11KV/630A VCB (ABB-VD4) and replace with old system, installation & commissioning of the replaced new VCB and appropriate operation with the existing system.

The project also is inclusion of the supply and replacement of existing ACB/MCCB with new supplied ACB 440V/1600A (SIEMENS) and others rated MCCB in the existing LT Panel.
Supply of two PFI Panel accessories (MCCB, MC, Capacitor etc.) replaced into the existing panel.

The compact project has been completed and handed to the authorized process along with proper documentation like Switchgear authentication certificates, drawing, manual etc.
