Biomass pellets are a type of solid fuel made from compressed organic or wastage materials. The carding machine is a fundamental and critical piece of equipment in the textile spinning process, often called "The heart of the spinning mill". It is the second major step after the blow room process and plays a vital role in preparing fibers for conversion into yarn.

Spinning waste recycling, also known as pre-consumer or post-industrial waste recycling, is a vital component of the textile industry's shift toward circularity. This type of waste is generated during the production of yarn, from the initial cleaning of raw fiber (blow room) up through the final spinning stage (ring frame or open-end spinning).
​The process of recycling this high-quality, homogeneous waste is often more efficient than recycling post-consumer garments.

Types of Spinning Waste--
​Waste generated during the spinning process is generally categorized as:
• ​Soft Waste (Reusable): Fibers in a relatively open or loose structure (e.g., lap bits, sliver ends, roving ends, pneumafil waste). This waste can often be directly reintroduced to an earlier stage of the spinning process, such as the blowroom or mixing, typically for producing lower-quality or coarser count yarns (like open-end spinning yarn).
• ​Hard Waste: Fibers packed in a closed structure, such as yarn ends, fabric pieces, and hard-twisted waste. This material requires additional processing, like cutting and tearing, before it can be recycled.
• ​Cleaning Waste (Non-reusable/Trash): Impurities removed during cleaning stages like the blowroom and carding, such as seeds, leaf matter, dust, and very short fibers. This is typically sold to other industries or discarded.

Re-spinning--
Spinning waste can be recycled into reusable fiber by special recycling process and technology. Recycled fibers are often blended with virgin or other high-quality fibers to compensate for the shortened fiber length and improve the overall strength, uniformity, and spinnability of the final yarn. The blended fibers are processed through the standard spinning preparation stages (carding, combing/drawing into sliver) and then spun into new yarn using specialized spinning systems such as Open-End (Rotor) spinning or, Ring spinning.
