On November 1, 2024, the IEEE East West University (EWU) Student Branch hosted the ExCom Meetup 2024, an evening dedicated to recognition, transition, and new aspirations. The event served as a formal farewell to the outgoing Executive Committee for 2023-2024 and a ceremonious welcome to the newly elected leaders for 2024-2025.

Distinguished attendees included Dr. F.M. Alamgir, Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at EWU and Branch Counselor of IEEE EWU SB, as well as Shovon Talukder, Lecturer in the Department of EEE at EWU and Branch Moderator of IEEE EWU SB.
