Technical Details:
1. Performance๏ผš
The machine adopts servo motor to control the transmission more stable, more accurate synchronization
and lower noise in the single machine or connection mode.
Belt loosening and tightening by adjusting the cylinder pressure to achieve a more convenient operation, more stable pressure, more uniform needle cloth and fabric force.
The main frame is divided into roughing, finishing treatment. Upper and down drum overall dynamic balancing to ensure that the equipment is more rigid, less deformation, smoother movement, less vibration.
The tension is controlled by cylinder and potentiometer, which makes the tension more stable, and the floating is slight and easy to be adjusted, and reduces the secondary cloth and improves the qualified rate of the finished products.
The upper and down drums adopt centralized dust removal, which has a better dust-absorbing effect and makes the rollers surface and the machine cleaner.
2. Machine Structure:
This machine adopts 56 needle rollers; the fabric has both gross effect and hand feeling. The model has a compact structure and covers a small area.
3. Main Features:
The raising machine is equipped with protective doors and windows, and the whole is sealed so that the dust does not leak out.
The machine use of fully automatic tension control, fabric running tension with pre-set and automatic feedback function.
Motor transmission part: the whole machine adopts servo drive.
