A plant for beauty and youth

The first harvest was carried out in November 2016 when we collected 3,000 kilos of herbal mass from which we distilled 9 liters or 7.7 kilos of essential oil of excellent quality for this area. The second harvest was during July 2017, with an income of 8,000 kilos of herbal mass from which we received 25 liters or 21.4 kilos of essential oil of even better quality than the autumn crop oil. No protection was used for cultivation nor was it treated with any chemicals, but it is completely ecological (bio) for which we have a certificate of organic cultivation by the ECOCERT group.

As we decided to expand production, by the end of 2016 we prepared four (4) more hectares of land on which we planted 120,000 seedlings during April and May 2017, which will be harvested in November 2017. Harvest was in November 2017 and we produced 10 liters or 8.6 kg of essential oil.

During the summer harvest, in July 2018, we produced 37 liters or 31.6 kg of essential oil of silk.

Furthermore, in order to complete the production of essential oil from immortelle, at the plantation we built an object of 240 square meters in which we installed a distillery for the production of essential oils. The distillery consists of two distillers with complete supporting equipment for herbal mass processing. The capacity of each distiller is 500 kilos. The distillation process in one distiller lasts 90 minutes, and during one day in two shifts 6,000 kilos can be processed.
