Leveraging a Lutron-based MyRoom protocol along with supplementary technologies, all functionalities are merged into a single unified platform. In guest rooms, lighting, curtains, temperature, and relaxation scenes are all managed via a centralized control panel. The SPA & wellness area features soft lighting, optimized climate control, and relaxation-oriented scenes. The gym area is equipped with appropriate lighting and ventilation for a more dynamic and comfortable environment. In the restaurant and public zones, integrated lighting, climate, and curtain control adapt to different times of day — offering tailored atmospheres for both daytime and evening, meeting both comfort and aesthetic standards.
