⚠️ Important Safety Notice: Be Aware of LPG Gas Leaks

As the demand for LPG bottles increases during the colder months, we have identified a number of gas leaks occurring at customers' regulators and hose connections.

If you notice that you are using more gas than usual or can smell gas, it's important to check your LPG system for leaks.

A simple way to check is to:

Mix water with a small amount of dishwashing liquid in a spray bottle.
Spray the solution over the regulator, hose, and all connection points.
If bubbles begin to form, this indicates a gas leak.

Do not use the appliance if a leak is detected. Turn off the gas supply at the cylinder immediately and arrange for a licensed plumber or gas fitter to inspect and repair the issue before using your LPG bottle again.

Your safety is our priority. If you have any concerns about your LPG bottle or regulator, please don't hesitate to contact us.
