Penelope. Many people think that Penn is short for either Penny or Penelope, but Penn is actually my full first name.
Favourite food:
I love all different varieties of cheese 🧀
Town where I was born:
Millmerran - a small town on the Darling Downs between Toowoomba and Goondiwindi
Hobbies/interests:
Camping (particularly remote), bushwalking, overnight hiking, birdwatching, road trips, travelling, cooking, watching sport
Music I like to listen to:
Not fussy - all kinds
I would love to travel:
Anywhere throughout Australia and overseas - so much to see and experience
What I love about the Capricorn Coast:
Beautiful scenery, rainforest and islands, laid-back coastal vibe, life-long friends we have made here over the years, Yeppoon Seagulls 💪
How long I have put up with Craig being my boss 🤣 :
What do you mean…I am the boss, not Craig!

Slow cooker. Special mention must also go to my food processor - still going strong after 31 years

FUN FACT:
Dad taught me to drive a manual car when I was 8 years old. It was an old Morris Major Elite that he bought for $75. My brother and I would take turns driving it around our paddock and on the nearby roads. We had to sit on two pillows so we could see over the steering wheel and reach the pedals. Ah, the good old days!
At Yeppoon Betta, Penn is responsible for all things ‘finance’ - you will find her in the office making sure the figures balance and the bills are paid! Keeping it all in check is what she does best - oh, and let’s not forget keeping Craig on his toes, too…now that’s a full time job in itself…😜!
