Over the years, we have been asked for smaller buckets for the 180hp - 250hp FWA tractors and we just didn't have the time to look at it seriously.
Now that we have the D, B and C Series buckets settled, we have designed that smaller and lighter bucket.
Introducing the "TOOMEY 3000E".
It is 3.05 meters overall width (10 feet) and weighs around 6.0 tonnes. It has all the same features as the bigger D, B or C Series buckets - cushion hitch, swivel hitch, rippers, two-part apron, tipping bowl with ejector, dual cross levellers and the swing arms with offset rockers at the rear.
Like all Toomey buckets it will be built using SSAB Hardox450 and Strenx700 high tensile steels.
Every different width of the E Series will be 6.9 meters in overall length with a side wall height of 1.15 meters from the ground. The internal bowl length is 2.25 meters. Along with the 3000E, we could do a 2700E and a 3300E.
The tyres will be 12.5R20 Earthmover Radials on 4.5t OTR axles and hubs.
