๐Ÿ 'Granny Smith' is a tried and true Aussie apple perfect for cooking and preserves, or eaten fresh for a tart kick.

๐ŸŽ 'Pink Lady' and 'Gala' are both sweet, juicy apples to eat fresh and pair well with cheeses for snacking.

๐ŸŽ 'Pomme de Neige', or the Snow Apple, is a heritage variety that goes back 300 years! Crisp and sweet, the fruit keeps well and is good fresh or baked.

Hazelnuts need a pollinating partner, and these two varieties are a perfect pair. The more varieties you plant the better the crop!
They are pollinated by wind, so they do best when planted close together.
